Beginner in SRM

I have been watching this forum for the last couple of days and I really appreciate the help extended to new guys in this area.

I have a MM background and am stepping into the SRM arena now. I would highly appreciate if some of you could mail me some useful docs for beginners to get a overall picture of the topic as you have done for others!
