error in POS-Billing document Cancel !!!!!!!!!!

hi

When am trying to cancel the billing document which is created in IS-reatil (through idoc) system giving following logs.

1.Cancellation document is not the same as the original billing doc

2.Data inconsistency during processing of document.

When processing the document 3000050 data inconsistency

is discovered. The reasons for this inconsistency are

described in the following messages.

am getting above logs, can any one tell me how to cancel the billing document.

HI,

check in SPRO -> Sales and Distribution -> Billing -> Billing Documents -> -> Define Billing Document Types (transaction VOFA) if for used billing type the

- Cancell.billing type is correct

- Copying requirement is 27 - Item bill. to bill.
