can I installed the SP11 over the Trial Version or must Reinstalled
the Trial Version before installed SP11?

I also tried to "update" my MiniWAS with the NetWeaver Trail SP11 - and it failed.
Wasted time.
Nuke the old one and install it virginal...

By the way, since then I switched to VMs
You can't update miniSAP

you have to remove (uninstall not only delete) the old version before you can install the new one.
