Hi all,

We are using SAP Integrated ITS 640 , Basis Support package 18 . When we try to create attachment from the object services menu, i am getting screen with message "Please wait . You will be forwarded automatically" but nothing is happening after that. Please let me know whether any corrections needs to be applied to resolve this issue.

Hello Vasu,

I think the "Create Attachment" is trying to upload a file. The upload and download functionality of the ITS requires a JVM. Please see note 980772.

Thank you once again Edgar . JRE 5.0 was installed in my system and thatz why i am not able to do uploading of docs. I uninstalled it and also unchecked the java panel for automatic updates.
