yo can do it..bcoz the division is differnt so sales area is also differnt... you can maintain the cr.limit based on sales area...and combine all the sales area cr.limit and put total cr.limit.

GIVE toatl cr.limit in FD32,and indivial cr.limit in OVA8.

reward if it helps

Define credit control area (ob45)

Assign the credit control area to the company code (ob38)

Assign the credit control area to the sales area (ovfl)

Define risk categories in F.A and assign it to the credit control area (ob01)

Define credit groups in SPRO-BASIC FINCTIONS

Assign sales documents and delivery documents (ovak)

Fix the individual credit limit for the customer (fd32)

Set the automatic credit control (ova8) in the combination of credit control area, risk category, credit group.

Enter the defined credit control area in CMR of the customer in sales area data-billing tab page.

Raise the order and u will notice the change with the reaction specified in ova8

REWARD IF IT HELPS

Hi,

Yes,you can maintain on the basis of division but there has to be different credit control areas which will be different for divisions.

With single credit control area it is difficult.

Reward points if useful
