i need u r help for creditmenagement
can we maintain multi limits for a single customer remember there is only one credit contorl area.
my client asked me to set a credit limit for devisions level is it possible to maintain multi limits for single customer
example: if hero honda company supply the Bikes, and Scooties , if customer wants to buy both they want to maintain limits for both like 5000, and 10000.
they want to maintain credit limit for both devisions
is it possible if it is send me answer they will rewarded with full points

yo can do it..bcoz the division is differnt so sales area is also differnt... you can maintain the cr.limit based on sales area...and combine all the sales area cr.limit and put total cr.limit.
GIVE toatl cr.limit in FD32,and indivial cr.limit in OVA8.

Define credit control area (ob45)
Assign the credit control area to the company code (ob38)
Assign the credit control area to the sales area (ovfl)
Define risk categories in F.A and assign it to the credit control area (ob01)
Define credit groups in SPRO-BASIC FINCTIONS
Assign sales documents and delivery documents (ovak)
Fix the individual credit limit for the customer (fd32)
Set the automatic credit control (ova8) in the combination of credit control area, risk category, credit group.
Enter the defined credit control area in CMR of the customer in sales area data-billing tab page.
Raise the order and u will notice the change with the reaction specified in ova8

Yes,you can maintain on the basis of division but there has to be different credit control areas which will be different for divisions.
With single credit control area it is difficult.
