Hi Gurus
Is it possible to change or modify a Sold to Party after saving a Sales order.
Remember that I am not copying with reference to a Sales Order.
If so what about Telesales where they have to enter a dummy customer number to make the Sales order to be complete and save it and in change mode they again give the DEFAULT SOLD TO PARTY.
Hope u got a clue.
Regards,
Sarosh

Dear Sarosh,
yes, if you have only created the sales order and saved it and no subsequent documents are generated, then it is possible to change the sold-to-party in the transaction VA02. As soon as subsequent documents will be created it is not possible to change the sold-to-party anymore.
To be sure I have just tested this on a SAP internal system. The system behaviour was as described above. Per modification in user-exit you can do the field Sold-To-Party unchangable.
I hope this info helps you a little bit further.
