Hi Rajesh,

You can manually create the entry.

Do you remember what was the name of the Integration Server?

You can create an entry with the same name.

While creating Business System name for Integration Server .

Select the role as Integration Server and then enter the path of the Integration Engine..

Alternatively if you restart the server then an entry will be created automatically.

Is your earlier problem solved?

Hi Rajesh,

Not such a big problem.

You can create the business system manually for XI. If you remember the earlier name create a new BS with the same name. If you dont remember the name create a BS with the name

INTEGRATION_SERVER_<SYSID>.

Hi Sumit,

By Creating this BS with type Web AS ABAP Itself Can we get the Integration server .

Can we get the IS in the List While connecting it to the Server. ??

Hi Rajesh,

When you create the BS you have to select the role of the BS.

At that time select the role as Integration Server and enter the following details..

http://<xiserver>:<httpport>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry.

replace <xiserver> with your server name.

<httpport> with your servers http port.

Hi Sumit,

I Selected the Role of BS As Integration Server Only.

I Given Here Host name of My Server. And Port As ABAP stack Port. Is it Ok. ???

Then I am Able to see it in the Business systems Place.

But While Creating any BS , In the Last It will Ask for IS .But Here I am Unable to See it...

Should we Restart the SAP MMC ???

Hi Rajesh,

Restart is not required. You should be able to the newly created IS in the drop down list.

Please confirm again if you have selected the role as IS.

<i>But While Creating any BS , In the Last It will Ask for IS .But Here I am Unable to See it...</i>

i hope you are creating the new BS with the role Application System.

Hi Khanna

Connection between the Integration Server and the SLD has been established by calling transaction SLDCHECK. So just log into ABAP stack and start transaction SLDCHECK, it will bring you to your SLD initial screen. Then you can see the Integration Server!!!!

Cheers..
