problem viewing alerts in RWB

in my alert inbox in RWB, i can only view current day's alerts,

how come?

how can i view older alerts???

You will not see completed alerts in alert inbox. Have they been confirmed already?

You can use report RSALERTDISP to view the status of the alerts.

thanks jaishankar,

with this report RSALERTDISP, i can view almost everything, except

"Long Text"...........

i think, the report isn't displaying multi-line container.... coz my Long Text contains a multiline message.....

is it possible to view that also...................

Hi Sudeep,

After you run the report as mentioned earlier.

Select the alert And then you will see a container icon , click on that.

I think you just might be able to see the long text.
