CIM_ERR_FAILED: Object manager is not activated

Hi All,

As indicated by SAP I am maintaining a single SLD for my DEV,QA and PROD systems. When I click on the Component Monitoring link of the Runtime Workbench on Production it gives me the following error: " Internal error in System Landscape Directory: CIM_ERR_FAILED: Object manager is not activated". Can anyone please let me know the exact cause of this error.

Did you miss any steps?

I would recommend that you restart your server once. Might be all the XI Components have not registered themselves in the SLD.

We have also maintained single SLD but didnt face that problem.
