How to find the delivery which has been generated

Please help me in finding out the delivery which has been generated.

Dear Shahjahan,

Go to SE16/SE11 -> enter LIKP/LIPS (tables for delivery) -> You can display all the deliveries over there (you will have options to restrict the display with selection screen)

Also, you can see the delivery number in the status bar of the screen as soon as it is created.

Hi,

If u r running a sales cycle i.e creating sales order -> delivery -> billing doc etc then to check the delivery no. u can go to preceeding document in ur case it will be sales order -> environment inthe menu options -> Display document flow .

From there u can find ur delivery no.

Else u can go to VL06 u can select any option my be delivery list, picking list ,

list of delivery not yet PGI'd etc .

This option is used for both inbound as well as outbound delivery.

I assume that you are running the delivery cration in the background using a job. In that case. check the job log, I mean the spool. It would give you a number. Go to V.ss t.code and enter this number. This would give you the deliveries that were created in the job also the error log for the SOs where deliveries could not be created.
