For this error, you might check

call program EWUCONFM (IMG: Cross-Application Components -> European

Monetary Union: Euro -> Functions and Settings for the Dual Currency

Phase -> Confirm Currency Customizing).

after running this step, the error could gone. some interested notes 135661, 159374.
