Hi All,
In the IAC's, if you see in the tool bar, you can see two links, QUIT and HELP. I want to point the help link to a different web page. Could you please let me know, if it can be done by configuration. if so, where do you think should i change.
somewhere like system service, etc...
please help me in this regard.
Hi Reddy,
you may want to check parameter ~EWT_staticHelp help and function ewt_header in templateLibraryBasis.html where the parameter is referenced. If you create a html document for i.e. service MYSERVICE you can place a HTML document info/docu_MYSERVICE.html on the webserver and it will be loaded when you click on the Help link.
Hope that helps.
Best regards,
Klaus

klaus,
I will check it. i want to point all the help links of IACs to a central place where all my documents are stored. i.e. let us say to the link <b>http://help.mycompany.com</b>. where should I do that?
i dont want to create a document and put it under info/docu_MYSERVICE.html, because i have already my documentation in a central link.
please help me in this regard.
how to hide quit button?
Thanks
Hi Reddy,
copy templatelibrarybasis.html from the dm folder to pm. Now you can modify the function ewt_header in templatelibrarybasis.html in a way that on clicking the HELP link http://help.mycompany.com is opened.
Best regards,
Klaus
any clues on this?
