Hello,
I have installed SAP GUI 710 and my patch level is 2.
I could not do the code completion in the ABAP editor.
It was working in the previous GUI 640.
Now, it is prompting for a code when i try for a keyword but not completing when press the Enter button.
Kindly post your valuble replies.
Thanks,
Abhilash
Hello Abhilash,
Please note that there is no support anymore for 7.10 Gui.
Only 7.20 Gui is supported as of April of this year.
Refer to note 147519
Kind Regards,
Jude

SAP note 1042863 should solve the problem ([SAP note 1042863|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1042863]).

Lars

Hi Guys,
in Gui 7.10 you must activate the code-complition function seperatly.
The Button is in the right bottom corner to get in the configuration-menu for the new editor.
The complition itself works with the 'Tabulator-Button'.
Best regards Stefan

I'm actually having the same issue, I was hoping that it was corrected with the latest patch, but no. Still waiting for a solution as well.
