actually i ve deleted the partner function of standards by mistakely can it be created again

if it can be create

then please send me how to define it newly

like bp ,sp, sh,py

Hi,

U can Create partner functions (SP, SH, BP, PY).

Menu path is SPRO, SD , BASIC FUNCTIONS, LOG OF INCOMPLETE ITEMS, ASSIGN INCOMPLETENESS PROCEDURES, ASSIGN PROCEDURES TO THE PARTNER FUNCTIONS,There u ASSIGN THE INCOMPLETENESS PROCEDURE(7 IN CASE OF CUSTOMER) and save that. Then go to partner functions and go to new entries, add the desired partner function (sp), and assign partner type as ku(Customer).

I hope this will solve ur problem, If any doubts plz get back to me.

but the error group is comming inactive so how to give 7in that place

Hi subrat,

If u maintain the partner functions and assign the incompleteion procedure at the incompletetion log, Then 7 will come as a default at the Partner functions.

Yes then u can use it as a standard

as per the discussion we have three type of pricing types here

one is as follows

the pricings have the following conditions

Totalbasic price

Add: die ammortisation

Add: FOC/P&F

Asessable value

Excise value

Cess on Excise duty

For secondary higher education

Less: Die ammortization

Less: FOC /P&F

Totalnet sale tax

Freight

so foc is free of charge items which is actually one item which is given by the customer as a raw meterial and do the finishing work on it then send it to them but we show it as we purchased this material so that we can calculate the excise

it is different from SAP free of charge item

wen one new product is started in production we have to creat the mould for it that mould is call as die and this die is the shape of the product we put the raw material in this and take out the produt in that shape

so its totally given by customer it is too costly so by the time of product manufacturing we are adding it to the basic price and deducting at last of all transaction.

Hi,

Use VOPA -> Click on Partner Functions Push Button on the Application ToolBar -> Enter the partner function and Save.

Partner -> Transport -> Create to create a request.

first we define Partner determination procedure

then...we do SP SH BP PY

1.SELECT PARTNER FUNCTIONS (SP SH BP PY)

2.ASSIGN PARTNER FUNCTIONS TO ACCOUNT GROUPS

3.DEFINE PARTNER FUNCTION PROCEDURE.

4.ASSIGN PARTNER FUNCTION TO PROCEDURE.

5.ASSIGN PROCEDURE TO ACCOUNT GROUP.

then assignment to Partner determination procedure....

it can be defined ...do not worry ...
