Exception /CCM/CX_PUBLICATION_FAILED occur.

Hi, in some of my catalogs, I have this problem occur.

(programme : /CCM/CL_PE_REQUEST_SERVICE====CP, include : /CCM/CL_PE_REQUEST_SERVICE====CM00F, ligne : 141)

That a new one and I do nothing to set-it up.

Could you please help me.

Hi Sebastian,

The publication failure is likely due to an already existing lock on the catalog either in the field REQ_SENDER in the table /CCM/D_CTLG-REQ or the catalog is either in status running or activation in table /CCM/D_PUB_ST ('A' or 'R' status = bad )

For the locks in ctlg_req, you can use /ccm/cleanup_catalog to remove this lock, for the table d_pub_st you need to manually change any entry in status 'r' or 'a' to 'E'. (Publication completed with errors.)

Also check your TREX engine is fully functional using report TREX_RFC_CREATE_INDEX. Change the RFC destination to that of your TREX and execute. Providing no errors are thrown, TREX should be ok.
