Object Activation Error

Hi All,

I am getting the following error when I tried creating a second namespace in IR and following that, I tried to create a Data Type and activate it. While activating it I got the following error.

Namespace http://company.com/xi/FlatFile2FileSystem_Conversion is not

defined in the software component version EXERCISE_SC , 1.0 of www.company.com

Kindly let me know what has to be done

HI Anju,

Go to ur change list, u will find ur Software Component version along with two Data types (ExchangeDataType and ExchangeFaultDataType) still not activated.

Activate all three and then try to activate ur newly created data type separately.

It will work.

I tried doing the same thing that you mentioned and again I am not able to activate the same.

Hi Anju,

Try activating the namespace just after creating it even before the creation of data type. If the namespace does not give any error then create further objects. Hope it works.

Hi ,

Check if EXERCISE_SC , 1.0 of www.company.com component is linked to Product and all the config is correct in SLD .
