sending sms alert on mobile no

We are tring to send the sms alerts on mobile phone form sap system or through Solution manager or through CCMS, if some job gets failed. could you please please suggest.

Hi Swapnil,

You need to do the configurations in the Central Alert Framework.

A particular method - CCMS_Send_Alert_to_ALM needs to be assigned to the nodes in the alert monitor, and if any alerts occurs in these nodes, then it is forwarded to the central alert framework where the actual configurations are made.

These configurations are usually

1. Forwarding type of the alert (whether email or sms, etc)

2. Recipients list

3. Time of delivery etc.
