Target to customer

Dear friends,

I had decided to give targets to dealers & i want to see their performance report against target. in SAP how can i give targets &see perfomance report. Pls give solution

Hi Rikhab,

Whenever target driven sales is practised, it is done by means of Product allocation to the dealers. You can try exploring product allocation to various dealer over a period of time and then you can find out the details at the end of the period.

For this you can use Infostructures (LIS/SIS) as planning tables and plan the sales accordingly. If somebody knows Sales Operations Planning, you can approach them for clear details on this.
