Hi
Since Idoc adapter works aysnchronously it only supports EO and EOIO. It won't support BE. Please correct me if I am wrong

Yes, you are right.
To have detailed description about all the QoS check this file. Here first adapter type is IDOC and corresponding propersties are mentioned for the IDOC adapter:
