Lot Size in Heuristic Run

Friends,

Can anybody of you suggest me what setting I have to maintain in SNP in order to ensure that while Heuristic, system will NOT consider Minimum/Maximum Lot Sizes of the product.

The problem is, when I take Heuristic Run, system checks the Minimum/Maximum Lot size qty. maintained in the Location-Product master and generates planning results accordingly. But customer wants Distribution/Production Planning results without Lot Size Margins.

The Lot size qty. can not be permanently deleted from APO because it gets refreshed by ECC Material Master every night.

Need your suggestions.

I think you will need to implement the user exit EXIT_SAPLCMAT_001 on the R/3 side which should allow you to amend those two fields (e.g. set them to 0) via the CIF enhancement.
