SAP Archivelink for reports

Hello,

I have been asked to archive monthly customer statements using SAP's Archivelink. These statements are generated using SAPscript or SAPform programs. Can you provide details on how to go about archiving a report using the Archivelink functionality ?

Hi,

You should do document archiving. I think you should do print list archiving or outgoing document archiving depending on your scenario

So I think outgoing archiving documents would be the scenario I should follow but I am lost on how to determine the object type. Can you provide information on how to set this up. My document would be based on customer number, company code and a reporting date. Any thoughts ?
