Email o/p for Sales order in SAP

Hi Guys

can somebody explain how to get email output of Sales order for a partner function in SAP. I know i have to go to output control in SD and create them but how to and what about the smart form and report program??? Also how do i save multiple entries for condition records in VV11. I have tried that but the system always gives an error stating 'The condition is being processed in current session'

I would appreciate if someone has screenshots of them. Plz reply soon....

Your Output determination works by <i>Condition Technique</i>.

<u><b>Steps:</b></u>

1. Go to T.code: <b>NACE</b> and select V1- Sales

2. Then assign the smartform program created to your output type (MAIL)

3. You can maintain Condition record for the same in T.Code: <b>VV11</b> for automatic output control.

I hope this will help you to solve the problem.

thanks man i would appreciate if you can provide the screenshots. My other problem is that VV11 is not taking more than one enrty as record
