How to create RFC Destination?

From where we will get RFC destination?

Why we need an RFC destination in IDOC receiver.?

Apart from above all answers & example scenarios on receiver idoc. i will give u small light on RFc destinations:

U can create rfc destination in t-code SM59

different types of rfcs: type- R/2 R/3, tcp/ip, http connections, internal connections.....

in case of file to Idoc scenario u have to choose rfc type - R/3 (3 tier architecture)

as in ur 'file to idoc' scenario, u will be sending data in file format to R/3 system through XI. it means u need to establish a connection bw XI and R/3. Rfc destination exactly does it.
