oracle http server is not starting either manually or automatically..It displays

Errror : 1067 The process terminated unexpectedly

When i run sapdba in cmd prompt it shows an

error-12560 TNS:protacal adapter error.

SAPDBA: couldn't check SYSOPER privilege.

Oracle version? Operating system? How do you start? as which user do you start?

Ver-8.0.4.0.0

os-win 2003 server

username is sapdba.

i start through command prompt...

Oracle 8 (and 8i) is not supported under Windows 2003. Either use Oracle 9 or install Windows 2000.

I am not installing first time markus...I already installed it,it was fine all these times but now only it's showing error..

I m sorry markus..I was little bit confused with my servers..Os is 2000 server with 8i oracle database..

Sasp is started and in that one process gets ended...But the error is coming..The oracle http server is not getting started..

"that one process"? I´m sorry, I doN´t get your problem.

Also I don´t know, why you want to start "oraclehttp" in a SAP system...

One work process is getting ended..I had mention all the oracle services to sart automatically but the httpserver alone is not getting started,eventhough i started manually..The service ends by showing an error message

Error 1067:proce3ss terminated unexpectedly..

I think I don´t get your problem.

as far as I know "oraclehttp" is not necessary in a SAP environment, if you have installed that on top as additional application you should check an Oracle forum (or search http://metalink.oracle.com).

If you can specify what this service is doing in a SAP environment and why do you think you need it, it would be easier to help.
