Pricing with ref to Delivery in invoice

Dear All,

When an invoice has to be created with reference to billing, with no change in pricing(Price type D), how is the pricing values copied to invoice, as the delivery pricing will take care of only freight charges and not pricing as in case of sales order.

Can somebody throw some light on this, so that the delivery related billing can be clear in terms of pricing to me.

Hi,

In normal case taxes in VTFL at item level for TAN pricing type is G Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes and price source is blank(from order)

If you want the price source to be delivery then maintain as D(Delivery)

These two fields Pricing type and price source plays key roles in pricing.

Hi Amrish,

Let my put my question in some other way.

In delivery related billing, what is the price source, is it order or delivery(Pls check delivery condition screen, no pricing exists, and whatever is available for input entry are only freight condition ty pes with condition types related to shipping)

If there is no price in delivery, then how can delivery be the source of pricing.

Now i think i am clear about my question.

Pls lemme know the correct answer, or is my understanding not correct?
