Web Dynpro Diff tool

Hi,

Currently, i'm getting started with the modification of the ESS using Web DynPro. According to the instruction in both JDI and NWDI cookbok, i will need to use Web DynPro diff tool to compare new SP and modified version of the older SP. Where do i find the Web DynPro diff tool? A learning material on how to use it would be very helpful. Thanks.

Hi,

Difference is not a part of WebDynpro. Its a part of NWDI . You can check the difference between files ..in DTR / development configuration perspective.

This would be available , when you right click on a file.. under a activity.. and check the difference..

The cookbook means that , when you implement changes yourself , you can use the difference tool to identify wats added new in the latest version.. and modify ur s appropriately..

I don see any helpful information fr the above (both) posts regarding the Web Dynpro Diff tool. I alrdy hv some experiences in the WDP development.
