Unable to open IR and ID

Hi Guys

When i am trying to open IR, i am getting the following error. Please help me in rectifying this.

It is giving UNABLE TO LAUNCH THE APPLICATION integration Builder.

hi,

if still its not working,

1) double click on java web start

2)go to file

3)select preferences

4)select none.

If nothing works, just try to reinstall ur jdk.

Hi Rajanikanth

You should have SDK and Runtime Environment of JAVA installed on your machine. Check this in control panel. If found then on command prompt run command Java -version, if this is not giving the correct version, set JAVA_HOME environment variable to the newest one.
