Hi,

Usually it depends on availability check.

When a plant is changed, it triggers availability check, which in turn checks stock and tries to calculate the dates.

So if a stock is not available for the new plant entered, then it will do a backward scheduling and give a different CDD.

For this probably u can use a Mvtyp whcih can have a notional stock so that it can be deleted once you changed the plant, if u want the dates to be same.

Hi,

If you change plant at item level, then ATP check will come into picture.Because ATP check is done at plant level and depending on requested delivery date,if stovk is not avilable in new plant then system will not be able to confirm confirmed delivery date in schedule line.

Reward points if useful

Hi partha,

I dont think with plant dates will change... if availability check is there.. it gives the prose date.. if the stocks is not there....other wise .. No changes...
