Convert mass user ID's

We are in EBP 4.0

We are asked to modify all user ID's.

Is there any way to do this?

Hi

Try the transaction USERS_GEN in SRM system.

If it does not help, then you need to do this manually or atleast use the logic to create a custom report to get this done.

Dear Laurent,

You cannot directly modify the user ID but can modify the details of the user.

You will have to copy the existing ID to new IDs and delete the old ones.

I suppose you do that with SU01,

but isn't there a mass copy program?

and will the history of each user be saved like baskets , favorits and org structure assignments?
