Hi
We have installed the SAP solution Manager 4.0 on the AIX box .
When i fire the URL
http://punlparidm06.bmc.com:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?
sap-system-login-basic_auth=X&sap-client=001&sap-language=EN
I get the following error
The following error text was processed in the system IND : Template interpretation cancelled, syntax error.
The error occurred on the application server punlparidm06_IND_00 and in the work process 0 .
The termination type was: RABAX_STATE
The ABAP call stack was:
SYSTEM-EXIT of program SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION
Error code: ICF-IE-http -c: 001 -u: SAP* -l: E -s: IND -i: punlparidm06_IND_00 -w: 0 -d: 20070606 -t: 091322 -v: RABAX_STATE -e: ITS_CANT_LOAD_INCLUDE
It is mentioned in the help that
"If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system IND in transaction ST22"
How to excute this transaction.I am familiar with the J2EE environment ,but new to the ABAP world.
Best Regards
Manoj
Hi Manoj,
Do you have access to the backend R/3 system ? You dont need to actually go so deep into the troubleshooting part , since your webgui service isnt configured properly.
Just follow the instructions till Step 5 in Durai's excellent weblog for activating webgui on WAS 6.40 and above :

Hello,
Check that your kernel is patch level 89 for the kernel 7.00.
Until this kernel this parameter for webgui sap-system-login-basic_auth=X
is ntot correctly working.
Hope this helps,
Dolores
