Hi

We have installed the SAP solution Manager 4.0 on the AIX box .

When i fire the URL

http://punlparidm06.bmc.com:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?

sap-system-login-basic_auth=X&sap-client=001&sap-language=EN

I get the following error

The following error text was processed in the system IND : Template interpretation cancelled, syntax error.

The error occurred on the application server punlparidm06_IND_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

SYSTEM-EXIT of program SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION

Error code: ICF-IE-http -c: 001 -u: SAP* -l: E -s: IND -i: punlparidm06_IND_00 -w: 0 -d: 20070606 -t: 091322 -v: RABAX_STATE -e: ITS_CANT_LOAD_INCLUDE

It is mentioned in the help that

"If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system IND in transaction ST22"

How to excute this transaction.I am familiar with the J2EE environment ,but new to the ABAP world.

Make sure the services are activated in transaction SICF

Hi,

Make sure that you had activated the webgui service and the /sap/bc services.

<b>To check for the active/inactive Services</b>

Note 517484 - Inactive services in the Internet Communication Framework

Also Check this note.

Run the TCODE : <b>SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL</b>

964521 Short dump ITS_CANT_LOAD_INCLUDE w/ call of SAP GUI for HTML.
