transport control program tp could not be started

i released the task.when i am trying to release change request, its showing an error,

" transport control program tp could not be started "

please tell me the reasones behind this

Hi Nagendra,

Goto STMS in domain controller and check if the entire TMS set up is consistent?

Also check for errors in TMS alert viewer.
