Hi Tony,

Use transaction STAD to view all transactions used by a particular user. U have to give values like date, username etc to get the output.

you can also activate authorization trace for that user in ST01 but please make sure that the trace mechanism should not be kept on hold for a long time since it eats up lot of resources.

you can enable Auditing feature in SAP by creating a profile and setting up what has to be audited using transaction SM19 and you can read the audit log for a particular user across a defined time period using transaction SM20.

Hey Buddy,

Just use SM04. You can see who is doing what. If you want to terminate the session of user who is been using lot of system resources you can do that from there.

Hello Tony,

The best transaction for historical data (as old as 1 year) is ST03.

Go to ST03, choose the pushbutton Choose for Analysis. A pop up will come. In case of mutiple application servers scenarion you will get all the servers. Choose the server of your choice.Dont choose total.

Choose the period of your choice and select the date/month etc. accordingly.

In the next screen from menu bar choose GOTO-PROFILES-USER PROFILE.

Now you will get the list of all the users who worked on the system on that date.

Double click on the the concerned user. In the next screen it will display the transactions used by the user.

Hope it helps.

Regards.
