Hi all,
I have been reading about widgets and am finding the concept very interesting.
However, after having read a few blogs on the topic, I am still wondering as to how I could use Netweaver Developer Studio to create widgets.
Or is it that we can start off without NWDS?
I read about Scripting in a Box and SAP Widget Tool and wanted to know in detail about their availability, use etc.
Waiting for your replies.
Thanks,
Preksha
Hi Presksha,
Widget is simply a web page that is displayed in the Dashboard rather than in a browser.
You can develop these in your insted editors. Dashboard provides a great new development environment.Widgets are easy and fast to create, and yet very powerful.
