How to cancel billing plan in bulk

Hi,

Our customer wants to cancel billing Plans in Bulk..not one by one ...is there away out.

Also can any body tell me transaction code for cancelling billing plans.

Easiest way I think is LSMW. I've not tried this for VF11 but I have tried it for the deletion of sales quotations (VA22 - Delete) and it works just fine

Hi Rajeev,

This facility is not available in Standard SAP, but with the help of Abaper, a program can be developed, which will call T.Code: VF11 for each invoice in the list & cancel the invoice. The Program may call a BDC containing the List of Billing Document numbers to be cancelled.

Hi

I think there are no tcodes for mass cancellation. You can cancel only in VF11. But I feel u can write a BDC for that and give Invoice numbers as input so that it will perform this transaction in the background.
