Customer Classification

Hi All....

As part of cutover activity i have created a customer classification......later customer master conversion was done .......

but now when i open some customer which was created as a result of conversion .....i am not able to see those classifiction and there values........

Does any one know....why is this happening....and what would be the correct process to move classifications from one client to other client and populate values......

Hi,

Are you taking about assiging classificaion to the customer master or uploading the values of the characteristics in the classification.

Check yout T- code MASS.You do it through that.
