Ravi,

with all my respect, that the kernel is not updated will not influence that XI starts or not. Please do not disrespect any other users' answers.

At least wait until the problem is resolved.

Kind regards,

Jaime

Suresh,

As i have said so before and continue to do so..Most people dont read the question properly before replying.

1) It cannot be a kernel error if xi is started.

2) The error is clearly indicative of the profile not being read.

Possible solutions:-

1) Reload the configuration file.

2) Check to make sure the file is not corrupted.

3) If both of the above are ok then try restarting the entire sap after a graceful down.

If that still doesent work........let me know

Regards

Ravi,

As Jaime said, we should not disrespect other's answers. What do you think, this forum is to only earn points, no ravi. Its nothing but sharing of knowledge,

Most of the people won't read the question before replying

We should never comment like this ravi. Each and everyone can suggest their solution , its author's decision to intake it or not.

We are all as friends helping each other, never give such comments like this henceforth. It shouldn't hurt others.

Best regards,

raj.

Hi,

check the following:

1- that user XILDUSER is not locked

2- that user xilduser has been assigned the correct passwords everywhere (see note 721548

3- that your kernel level is up to date

4- check for dumps in transaction st22 to see if there are any auth. dumps

You might have to regenerate roles for SAP_XI and SAP_SLD in transaction PFCG.

Hope that works

Jaime

Here what i will given User Name & password Please suggest me.

A user with the J2EE security role administer is required. By default this J2EE role is mapped to role SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_J2EE of SAP NetWeaver usage type AS-ABAP.

PISUPER is used generally

Follow the steps from installation guide.

Creating RFC Destinations in the ABAP Environment

You need to create the following RFC destinations in transaction SM59 (ABAP)

INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

1. Log on to your SAP Exchange Infrastructure central instance host.

2. Call transaction SM59.

3. Choose Create.

4. Enter at least the following:

RFC destination: INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

Connection type: H

Description: <your description>

5. Choose ENTER

6. Choose the following tabs and enter the required data:

Tab: Technical Settings

• Target Host: host name of the SAP J2EE engine

• Service No.: HTTP port number (The following naming convention applies:

5<J2EE_instance_number>00. 50000, if your J2EE instance is 00)

• Path Prefix: /dir/hmi_cache_refresh_service/ext

Tab: Security/Logon

• Select Basic Authentication

Confirm the Warning.

• As logon data enter the client of your SAP XI system and the user XIISUSER with

the valid password

Save your entry now, before you switch to next tab, otherwise your

entries may be lost.

Tab: Special Options

• Timeout: 900

• HTTP Settings:

Compression: inactive

Compressed Response: No

• HTTP Cookies: Accept Cookies: Yes (All)

7. Choose Test Connection. No error should occur.

8. Save your settings.
