ALERT CONFIGURATION.

Hi Experts,

In the RWB, when i click on Alert Configuration it shows error 404. For this i performed steps as per note 750287 in which i did all the required changes as per smicm.

But even after all these steps i am getting error while accessing alert config.

Even when i try to log on to end to end monitoring it is asking for user name and password . i have tried all with the help of basis guy.

Now what should i do to get the desired configuration done.

U may proceed in the following ways:

1. Reduce the securit settings of ur browser and enable the cookies

2. Try to SSO enable ur scenario

404 in general means, page not found (in HTTP terms). This usually happen when application is not installed/configured properly.

Did you do the post installation steps ?

If you are prompted for username and password, I would say, that is better than 404. The application is running and it is trying to authorize you.

Which username are you using to login?
