Object activation hangs from SE11. Its URGENT!!!

Hello SAP experts,

I need your urgent help.

I am facing one serious problem.When I try to activate an object be it, a table, structure or any data type the process hangs and the activation does not happen.I can only see one insert statement trying to insert records into DDNTT table.The insert carries on and nothing else happens.

I fail to figure out as to what exactly is the issue. I have even upgraded oracle version to 9.2.0.8 and the client has also been upgraded accordingly.I have even applied the requisite patches , suggested by OSS guys, but nothing is working.

OSS guys are also trying their level best to resolve the issue, but its been more than one week since this issue is hanging and nobody is really able to come out with the correct solution.I fail to understand what to do.Kindly help!!!!!

Please check tablespace free space.

Please do reorganization.
