How to control a background job

Hi all,

I have scheduled a background job to run every 10 mins everyday. However, due to some reasons, I want to see if I can turn it off at some particular intervals in which i dont want to run this job?

Is there any way with which i can turn a background job on & Off at particular selected intervals??

Hello Vijay,

if you wish to control the job by a report you could use the

FM BP_JOB_MODIFY

In table TBTCO stands your Job Info you need: Jobname and Jobnumber.
