SD Certification Exam in Singapore / Malaysia

I want to know if we have facility to write SAP certification exam in Singaopre / Malaysia with out attending class rooms for 25 days. I know this is available in USA and Canada for US $ 500. Just want to know if Sinapore and Malaysia also has that facility. If so, does it require prior work experience ?

There is no criteria for this in Singapore, you can pay money and write exam.
