Reg to OTR

Hi all,

In webdynpro application i have creted the texts for some fields and afterwards i have deleted the texts.so these texts are not appearing for the fields in webdynpro application.But the deleted texts are appearing in OTR (i can able to see all the texts using sotr_edit T-code).here my doubt is how the deleted texts are appearing in OTR and how to synchronize texts in webdynpro and OTR?
