How to get the list of all valid combination of sales org/dist.channel/Divn

Hi All,

what is that table that will give me the list of all valid combinations existing in system for Salesorg/Dist.channel/Divn ..(apart from KNVV)

I don't want to use KNVV as it has million + records as it has customer data too.
