Price issue

Hi gurus,

I have an issue with pricing where material is maintained in CAS and alternative UoM is EA,

1 CAS = 6 EA defined in Material master.

PR00 = 20.99 per 1 EA, now in a sales order when I order the material in EA, the price that comes up is 21.09/EA and when it shows correct when in CAS.

Any help on this?

Thanks & Regards,

Pavan

I DIDNT GET YOUR QUESTION... WAT YOU GIVE IN VK11 YOU GET THE PRICE IN SALE ORDER.. EXAMPLE.. IF YOU GIVE CAS PRICE IN VK11, AND IN SALE ORDER IF YOU GIVE 3 EA, IT AUTOMATICALLY DIVIDES AND MULTIPLFIFY AND GIVE 3 EA PRICE.. IF DOESNT WORK.. COM AGAIN...

Dear Pavan,

To avoid such rounding errors during pricing, WM etc, always define the smallest Uom (here EA) as the base UoM of the material. Means your Base UoM should be EA and the alternative UoM should be CAS. Try with this setting and check.

Otherwise, there is no avoiding such pricing rounding errors.

You have to do couple of things to fix this problem:

1) Check the Pricing condition records (PR00).

tcodes:

VK11 -

Create

VK12 -

Change

VK13 -

Display

Make sure that there two condition records.

a) Condition record for CAS

b) Condition record for EA

2) Run the pricing analysis in sales order to track down the problem.
