Hi

what we have to do when the queue status is "RUNNING"

If the staus is "SYSFAIL" or "RETRY" we are restart the process isn't right?

if the status is running what we have to do because after some time it is raising an Alert that status is RUNNING.

please give me solution

>>>Nothing, you can wait for sometime, if the receiver is available and no problem with time out parameters etc, then it will pass thru
