Hi,

please see that a lot of other things in the solution manager is client-independent! E.g. most things of SMSY and/or of SolMan for operations. The main settings of the service desk are infact client-dependent and a fresh client copy might help to get rid of the useless data there.

Regards, Alexander

Hi,

You can always create a new client. What do you mean by "does it make sense"? If you want to have a clean service desk then obviously it does makes sense. But I would suggest you to make a copy of 001 (For pre-customizations that comes from SAP), this is different from other SAP Products where you make a client copy from 000.

Hope this solves your problem.

Feel free to revert back.
