Hi all,
I was going through the HTTP to RFC scenario. My question. I understand everything except how do I go about configuring the sender communication channel which is HTTP.
and do I need have access to web server or web site for sending a HTTP request.

Hi Sonia,
yes you need to have a HTTP request sender application which can send messages to your XI server..............you dont need to configure sender HTTP adapter for this case........

Hi,
You wouldn't need a Sender communication channel/sender agreement for HTTP-RFC scenario.
To send the payload you can either use an HTTP client or use the 'TestMessage'tab in RWB 'Component Monitoring'
Thanks,
Anand

No sender HTTP adapter.
for test purposes use the HTTP Client code in this thread.
Copy the code in this thread , save it as a .html file and then fillin the details and post the message to XI,
