Problem of SAP help after clicking F1.

Hi Gurus,

I am getting blank screen after clicking F1 on a particular word. I reinstalled the SAP GUI. But it hasn't solved my problem.

Hi Shailesh,

Update the patch for your SAP GUI. It will solve this issue. I had the same problem , I re installed SAP GUI but it did not help. Once I updated the patches, its fine.

If your SAP GUI does not show the text in F1 help. Apply the patches as shown:

1. [For SAP GUI 640|ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapgui/win/640/patches/]

2. [For SAP GUI 710|ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapgui/win/710/patches]

What version is your IE.

If it is 7.0 try going to IE6 (or) try getting the latest updates for IE7.

This is a known bug in IE7 but it got fixed in later updates.
