Solved: How can i do transfers an the fixed time?

Hi, Gurus:

Now i encounter a problem,that is i need to transfer a file from A system to B at the fixed time,how can i do in the IR(or ID)?

Use Adapter Scheduling / Availability Times available from SP 19.

There is some workaround is there. Using BPM etc..
