how will stored the customer feedback and complaints in SD only ?

There is no standard way to maintain Customer feedback in SAP-SD module. However, Complaints can be addressed in the form of returns, alternatively, if material is such that returns are not possible as the material have changed the form (eg: Cement), in that case on confirmation by technical team, Credit Note can be issued for the same.

Hi,

If your question is regarding the entering the data only the you can make use of Text functionality where you can enter customer's feedback or use Attachment option in sales order in which you can attach documents received from customers.
